Professor Tetsuhiko Aoki is from Dept. of Urban and Environment, School of Civil Engineering, Aichi Institute of Technology. He is interested in seismic research of steel bridge.

There are three topics in this presentation.

1. A new type of shear panel dampers for high way bridge bearings;

2. Hybrid test of steel bridge piers subjected to two directional horizontal forces;

3. Quasi-hybrid test for rectangular section steel piers.
