主讲人简介：
      郎德先生现任世界银行中蒙可持续发展局副局长，主管世行在中蒙两国的可持续发展贷款项目和研究。此前，郎德先生曾任欧洲中亚环境与社会可持续发展局首席农业经济学家（1993～2006年），世界银行巴西可持续发展部门主管（2006～2010年）。
