演讲者简介
Professor James Buzard got his Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1990. He was Head of Literature Faculty at MIT from 2005 to 2013. His books mainly include Victorian Prism: Refractions of the Crystal Palace (2007, Coedited with Joseph Childers and Eileen Gillooly), Disorienting Fiction: The Autoethnographic Work of 19th-Century British Novels (2005), and The Beaten Track: European Tourism, Literature, and the Ways to “Culture,” 1800-1918 (1993). |
