邓克然爵士将带领大家探索在纷繁变化的世界局势中，英国在处理文化关系方面所采用的策略，并强调行之有效的“软实力”往往源于本土文化。

Both the UK and China understand that cultural power is as important as a strong economy in gaining respect and maintaining influence in the modern world. Sir Ciarán Devane will explore the United Kingdom’s approach to cultural relations in a time of flux globally, and argue that the most effective form of ‘soft power’ is one that grows out of national culture.
