Personal Reflections of an Industrial Psychologist: 

"Measuring the Effectiveness of Lawyers' Performance and its Predictability:  Results of a 7-Year Study"

Professor Zedeck will share his experience and perspectives on the challenges and contributions of industrial/organizational psychology. He will address the role of industrial psychology in improving the performance of organizations and individuals as well as engage faculty and students at Tsinghua University regarding possible research projects related to industrial psychology. In particular, he will discuss research on assessing the effectiveness of lawyers and how to predict that effectiveness. He will also share his insights into publishing in professional journals based upon his experience as the chief editor for the Journal of Applied Psychology.
