杨小军简介

杨小军，男，1981年9月生，甘肃甘谷人，博士，研究员，博士生导师，就职于中国矿业大学深部岩土力学与地下工程国家重点实验室，中国矿业大学越崎学者，入选江苏省 “333人才培养工程” 第三层次培养对象，2018年中国高被引科学学者（数学领域榜首），获得“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”。在局部分数阶微积分学、局部分数阶Fourier和Laplace变换等方面作出了原创性工作。在Springer和Elsevier等出版9部章节，出版或出版中英文著作6部；担任《Fractals》等多余个国际著名SCI期刊编委。获得江苏省教育科学研究成果二等奖1项和黑龙江省科技进步三等奖1项。

The local fractional integral transforms: Theory and applications

局部分数阶积分变换：理论及其应用

In this talk, the basic definitions and properties of the local fractional integral transforms are addressed. The Mittag-Leffler series and integral transforms involving the Mittag-Leffler function defined on the fractal sets are discussed in detail. Some classical examples are proposed to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the presented methods.
