摘要:Finding its origins in the study of negatively
?charged electric particles repelling each other while constrained in
a ?given domain, potential theory has evolved into a sophisticated
field ?of analysis, with far reaching connections to complex and
arithmetic ?geometry. This talk will be a gentle introduction to some
basic ?features of this theory, with a few hints to more recent developments.
报告人简介:Sebastien Boucksom is a French mathematician
?specializing in complex and non-Archimedean geometry. After defending
?his PhD thesis in 2002 under the supervision of Jean-Pierre Demailly,
?he became a CNRS Junior Researcher at the Institut de Mathematiques
de ?Jussieu in 2003, and has been a CNRS Senior Researcher at the
Ecole ?Polytechnique since 2014, where he also holds a part-time
Professor ?position. He was an invited speaker at the 2018 ICM in Rio.
