Dr. Harry X. Zhang is a Principal Engineer at Parsons Corporation, one of the largest engineering design firms in the U.S.  Dr. Zhang is the Chair of Hydrology & Watershed Management Committee at American Water Resources Association (AWRA).  Furthermore, he is a voting member at the prestigious Advisory Committee on Water Information (ACWI), a Presidential federal advisory committee.  Dr. Zhang is a Registered Professional Engineer in the U.S.  He has been listed on "America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals".
