该年度报告的主题是“Work in Transition”，就38个运营国的宏观经济及结构改革的发展进行综述，同时侧重分析人口结构变化、自动化以及国内和跨国移民问题对就业的影响。报告还会就欧开行运营国过去一年的社会及经济转型现状展开分析探讨。

（2）理查德•琼斯，亚投行-欧开行业务发展总监

介绍欧开行的基本情况及实习、工作机会。

Speaker：

（1）Alexandre Plekhanov, EBRD Senior Economist

The Transition Report 2018-19 analyses the impact on work of demographic change, automation and migration, both across national borders and within countries.  The annual analysis also includes a macroeconomic overview of the EBRD regions and of structural reforms in the past year.

（2）Richard Jones, AIIB-EBRD Business Development Director

General introduction about EBRD, as well as internship and job opportunities in EBRD.
