Robert F. Sawyer holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Science of Princeton University (1966)，and is a professor of the University of California at Berkeley, Senior Research Engineer at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (1966- ). Robert F. Sawyer was appointed Chairman of the California Air Resources Board in December 2005. His research and expertise focuses on pollutant formation and control, toxic wastes, motor vehicle emissions, and regulatory policy. |
