A 3D digital city will provide broader fields of view and unlimited view angles to experience the urban form. If such a model has a full-scale stereo image effect, a sense of presence will emerge. Furthermore, if such a city model has a set of database with urban regulations embedded, then the legitimacy and efficiency of the urban space could be studied from humans' perspective. This talk will introduce methods on constructing digital models for exploring urban forms and issues.
