The control of engine noise and vibrations is one of the most important and difficult tasks in
modern automobile industry. Shanjin Wang will give an overview about the major challenges in
modern automobile industry, and make a deep presentation on the basic phenomena of engine
NVH, on the methods of measurement and of simulation, and on the technologies for
optimizing engine NVH performance.
