•  He is co-author of Kerly’s Law of Trade Marks and Trade Names (14th ed. 2005), the leading lawyers’ textbook on the subject in the UK and EU, and joint author of Cornish & Llewelyn on Intellectual Property: Patents, Copyright, Trade Marks and Allied Rights (5th ed. 2003), the leading student textbook.
