报告摘要：

Dr. Liyan WANG will share Swiss approach in Disaster Risk Management through three projects that are funded by SDC, which are Early Warning System for Glacier Lake Outburst Flood (GLOF) in Yarkant river, Integrated Water Resources and Risk Management in Jinsha river basin and Dam Safety Supervision in Sichuan province.

报告人简介：

Dr. Liyan WANG is the Senior Climate Change and Environment Advisor for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) China Office. She joined SDC in 2009, and has taken thematic responsibility for SDC to develop its bilateral and multi-lateral cooperation programs in China. She has taken the core role in the design and management of SDC pillar projects in both mitigation and adaptation, with focus on clean air, water resources management, water related risk assessment, groundwater over-pumping management and rehabilitation, agro-ecology, solid waste management etc. Liyan received a Ph.D in Hydraulic Transmission and Control.
