哈博士于2010年加入高盛，任董事总经理。
加入高盛之前，哈博士于2004至2010年在中国国际金融公司任首席经济学家。在此之前，哈博士于1993至2004年在国际货币基金组织任高级经济学家，2001至2003年在香港金融管理局工作，1999至2001年出任国际货币基金组织驻印尼代表。
哈博士于1993年获美国堪萨斯大学经济学博士学位。他还持有复旦大学学士与硕士学位

Jiming works in Investment Banking Services in Hong Kong, focusing on China business.
He joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2010.
Prior to joining the firm, Jiming was a chief economist at China International Capital Corporation from 2004 to 2010. Before that, he was a senior economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 1993 to 2004. Jiming worked at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority within the IMF from 2001 to 2003 and served as the IMF resident representative to Indonesia from 1999 to 2001.
Jiming earned a PhD in Economics from the University of Kansas in 1993 and MS and BS from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
