Daniela Ulicna – Principal Consultant GHK Consulting

Ms. Ulicna will present the results of a study on ’Race for Talents and New Skills in China and the EU’ carried out jointly with Tsinghua University. Daniela led the EU part of this research. Daniela is a policy analyst, researcher and evaluator specialising on education and training policies. For more than five years she has been delivering studies, analysis and policy advice to the European Commission and its agencies.

Cécile Mathou – Senior Consultant, GHK Consulting

Ms. Mathou will present the results of a study on ’EU-China Student and Academic Staff Mobility’ carried out jointly with Renmin University. Cécile led the EU part of this research. In the past five years Cecile has been undertaking comparative research and policy and programme evaluation in the area of education and training for the European Commission, including studies on the internationalisation of higher education systems in Europe.
