报告提要:
New technology development is an important part in staying competitive in a competitive gas turbine market.
But how to prioritize a large quantity of technology ideas to maximize customer satisfaction (and secure future market share) under budget and time constraints?
Diversity in gas turbine technologies makes the prioritization even more difficult because for instant a new cooling scheme and a new combustion system are not direct comparable and have different trade offs and objectives. A methodical process is necessary to compare their contributions to objectives and prioritize technology ideas. This process and a resulting tool will be the topic of this lecture.
