讲座及演讲者简介:
In his presentation, “Deleuze and Guattari's Collaboration: why it is so important,” Professor Holland will first of all describe the intellectual backgrounds of Deleuze and Guattari before their collaboration, and then review the major books they wrote together (Anti-Oedipus, A Thousand Plateaus, and What Is Philosophy?), in order to explain why their collaboration was so important for philosophy and political theory.
Eugene W. Holland is Professor and Chair of Comparative Studies at the Ohio State University, U.S.A. He has published and lectured extensively on Deleuze & Guattari, including books on Baudelaire and Schizoanalysis (1993), Introduction to Schizoanalysis (1999) and Nomad Citizenship (2011). |
