Prof. Jun Liu achieved his BA degree from Nanjing University in 1983, MA degree from the Ohio State University in 1986 and PhD degree from MIT in 1990. Then he did his postdoctoral research in Harvard University from 1990 to 1992. And from 1993, he worked as an assistant professor in MIT. In 1998 he was appointed as Associate Professor. Now he is the professor of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. His research interests include chemical biology and molecular biology: using small molecules as probes to elucidate mechanisms of signal transduction, angiogenesis and cell proliferation. |
