Since 1970s, many advanced tools in theoretical physics, such as statistical field theory, renormalization group, have been introduced into the study of polymer physics. This has led to a revolution on the theoretical researches of polymers. In this talk, the field-theoretic techniques will be discussed along a line of natural development. The power of these methods will be illustrated through their applications into the study of self-assembly and confinement effects on the phase behavior of block copolymer system.
报告人简介: 苗兵,现任教于中国科学院研究生院材料科学与光电技术学院。2006年于中科院化学所获得博士学位。曾在加拿大 St. Francis Xavier University物理系、University of Guelph物理系做博士后,并在德国马普学会高分子研究所理论组做研究助理。目前他的主要研究方向为软凝聚态物理理论。 |
