In this talk, I will give a brief introduction to loop quantum gravity theory which is the background independent and non-perturbative quantization of general relativity and its generalizations.
In the framework of loop quantum gravity, I will also outline the quantization of quasilocal energy of general relativity.

报告人简介:北京师范大学物理系教授,博士生导师。长期致力于非微扰量子引力、广义相对论、规范引力理论、高维引力、宇宙学的研究。现任国际广义相对论和引力学会理事;中国引力与相对论天体物理学会秘书长、常务理事;Classical and Quantum Gravity, International Journal of Modern Physics D, Science in China, Chinese Physics Letters等SCI刊物特约审稿人。
