CV Qing-Ming Wangreceived his Ph.D degreein 1998 at The Pennsylvania State University, USA; and M.S. and B.S. degree inMaterials Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University. He is currently a professor of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and director of Mechanical Engineering Graduate Program in University of Pittsburgh.His majorresearch interestsare microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and microfabrication; ferroelectric, piezoelectric and electrostrictive materials for transducer applications;electromechanical sensors and actuators, etc |
