Mr. Paananen joined ICT sector from 1995, he worked his way up through biggest success stories In Estonia and the world. Mr. Paananen had an opportunity to work with brightest people around at any given time or organization. Hansabank, Helmes and Skype are three eras in his career and he has been working in areas like engineering operations, Software development and testing and ICT sales. Development, testing, operations and consultancy spiced up with sales competence form the foundation of my skillset. Mr. Paananen holds a law degree and a pilot license. He had 1000+ skydiving jumps, worked as a cameraman, an instructor and a pilot for the skydiving aircraft. He has produced tens of movies, mostly about Skydiving. Last 8 years he built test teams in agile environment globally in Skype. More recently focused on people where his true passion is and he gets energy from. Interested in leadership as a discipline. His biggest strength is to build bridges between people, inspire teams to reach their potential and rally people behind his vision.
