报告摘要：
In this presentation, I will talk on major lessons learned from the Fukushima Dai-ichi Accident based on the Report by Nuclear Safety Division of Atomic Energy Society of Japan (AESJ/NSD), where I am acting as a Division Head. Current status of nuclear power plants and new regulation system in Japan will be briefly explained. I will also talk on probabilistic risk assessment and graded approach for continuous improvement of nuclear safety. Future reactor design activities and plant life management for current light water reactors are discussed. Finally I will touch on international collaboration and new research field for resilience engineering.
