In this talk we will present several fault tolerant signal processing circuits. In particular, soft error tolerant implementation of FIR filters, adaptive filters, convolutions and FFTs will be discussed.
The goal is to show how the structure and properties of many signal processing algorithms can be used to implement fault tolerant system.
 
演讲者简介
Pedro Reviriego holds and MsC and a PhD in Telecommunication Engineering both from the Technical University of Madrid. He has worked in the industry designing routers (at Teldat) and also Ethernet integrated circuits (at LSI). In 2007 he joined Nebrija University as an Associate Professor to work on fault tolerant circuits and on communications networks. His main active research topics are fault tolerant signal processing, error correction codes for memories and circuits, energy efficient communication networks and fault tolerant computer architectures. He is the recipient of two Google research awards and has numerous publications on IEEE journals.
