Study of heavy quark production and decays is likely the most powerful tool for the quantitative study of Quantum Chromo-Dynamic, QCD, and the theory of strong integrations. In my presentation I’ll describe the recent experimental results in production of heavy quarks in high energy hadron collisions with the stress on comparison of result with predictions of various theoretical approaches.The results on heavy quarks and quarkonia production at LHCb experiments will be discussed in details, including the observation of multiple and associative production.
