It improves people’s productivity in a very significant way. However, WiFi is more than just providing simple connectivity with rapidly increasing speed. It is a sensor and a data collection point which provides the much needed business intelligence and security for education and enterprises. 刘长明，Aerohive Networks创始人，现任公司董事、CTO。2006年创办于美国硅谷的Aerohive Networks，于2014年在NYSE上市。

1989年毕业于清华大学计算机科学与技术系，1995年获得加拿大皇后大学计算机和电气工程系硕士学位，在数据通讯、网络安全以及无线网络领域有20多年的经验。曾为Juniper Networks的Distinguished Engineer并在Netscreen Technology、Bay Networks、Nortel Networks和Vistar Telecommunications等公司担任过研发和管理重要职务。拥有十几项专利。
