报告摘要:
With the development of electronics and intelligent equipment, efficient energy storage technology has been a bottleneck in the future. Governments and enterprises are paying more and more attention to the supercapacitor for its outstanding features in the wide field. The supercapacitor exhibits a high power density, a high rate capability and a long cycle life. Furthermore, it is maintenance-free and environmental. The lecture will introduce the supercapacitor research in the Department of Precision Instrument, Tsinghua University, including studies on the MEMS supercapacitor, micro anti-overload supercapacitor and the high-power supercapacitor.
A method of modeling and simulation was carried out by multi-physics coupling. Different microstructures were designed based on the simulation platform and processed using MEMS technology. The nano ruthenium oxide films with high capacitance were deposited efficiently. A special laminate structure with strong anti-overload ability was designed mainly for the application in the intelligent fuze. The processing and thermal packing techniques were studied. The main performance indicators of supercapacitors reached an international advanced level and the application verification in the case of overloading was realized.
For the high-power supercapacitor, achievements transformation was successfully realized. Several production lines have been accomplished and achieved mass production. The supercapacitors have been successfully applied in the hybrid vehicles and many other fields, meeting the urgent demand of civil and military areas. The research achievements transformation will play a positive role in realizing the miniaturization, informatization and intelligence of the electronic products and equipments of the country.
