主讲人简介：

Professor Zhiliang Zhu work as a project chief for a national assessment of greenhouse gas fluxes and carbon sequestration capacities, responsible for science directions, technical design, research activities, team coordination, budgeting, progress tracking, communication, publications, and information dissemination. His research interests are in uses of remote sensing for mapping of land cover, detection of land cover changes, characterizing vegetation structure, documenting fire disturbances, and monitoring purposes.  Also interested in vegetation and fire ecology including the use of remote sensing to characterize potential vegetation, ecosystem reference conditions, and mapping of fire fuels as a function of vegetation characteristics.
