主讲人简介：
Dr. Huang-Hsiung Hsu received his B.S degree at National Taiwan University (Atmospheric Sciences) and doctor‘s degree at University of Washington (Atmospheric Sciences).
His research experience : Teleconnection, Intraseasonal Oscillation, ENSO, Asian Monsoon, Subseasonal Multiscale Interaction, Decadal-Interdecadal Variation, Climate Change, Diagnostics of GCM Simulation and Regional Climate Simulation.
