主讲人简介: 
   Dr. A. David McGuire is a senior scientist with the U.S. Geological Survey Alaska Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit and a Professor of Ecology with the Institute of Arctic Biology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He earned Ph.D in biology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 1989.  Dr. McGuire has conducted studies on the responses of terrestrial ecosystems to climate change since 1990.  His research since the late 1990s has focused on understanding how responses of high latitude terrestrial ecosystems to environmental variability and change, and the implications of those responses for services that ecosystems provide to society. He has authored over 175 peer-reviewed papers and nearly 30 book chapters.
