 I will discuss our recent experimental measurements of characteristic transport phenomena of topological surface state spin-helical Dirac fermions in topological insulators, such as the “half-integer” quantum Hall effect, current-induced helical spin polarization, and “half-integer” Aharonov-Bohm effect.  Such spin-helical surface Dirac fermions may find promising applications in spintronics and quantum information devices.
