报告题目：Paris Agreement, implications and China’s future role in global environment governance 

报告人：Mr. MUKUL SANWAL

印度学者,联合国前高级官员,曾任UNEP执行主任和UNFCCC执行秘书的特别顾问，主要从事气候变化政策和可持续发展方面的研究。

重要成就：Group member of scientists that contributed to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change  from its establishment leading to the award of the Nobel Peace Prize for 2007 to the IPCC; Played a lead role in the drafting of the National Action Plan on Climate Change of India and is a member of the Expert Committee on Strategic Knowledge related to Climate Change established by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Government of India.
