Dwight F. Benton Professor of Chemical Engineering, University of Michigan

Member of National Academy of Engineering, Chinese Academy of Engineering,

Professor Yang’s research focuses on new nano-structured adsorbents and catalysts for clean and renewable energy. He has published two books, over 400 refereed journal articles and holds 33 U.S. patents.
