报告摘要:
1.Research at Federal Institute for Material Research and –Testing,Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM),will include current research fields of the different departments from safety to security.
2.The European Project TomoWELD for tomographic inspection of austenitic pipes in nuclear power industry,the field tests in a German nuclear power station are presented.
3.Trends in digital Industrial Radiology & CT,will include new specialized high energy CT devices and  container inspection devices.

报告人简介:BAM is a higher federal authority for sciences and technology. 1,660 employees work at our four sites in and around Berlin, across 11 departments. BAM sets global standards for safety. Dr. U. Ewert received the PhD degree for simulation of electron spin resonance spectra of complex compounds.  In 2000 he was appointed as director and professor of the division “Nondestructive testing; radiation methods” at BAM. He is elected chairman of the German radiology committee of the German society of NDT, member of DGZfP advisory board and former chairman of the subcommission VA (radiation methods for welding) of the International Institute of Welding. He is chairman and delegate at several standard committees of ISO, CEN and ASTM. U. Ewert received the Berthold award of DGZfP (2005), the Röntgen medal of the city of Remscheid (2009) and the Briggs Award of ASTM-International (2010) and the Roy Sharpe Award of BINDT (2016).
