报告摘要：
In this lecture the basic principles of Radio-Frequency linacs will be reviewed with emphasis on their use for medical application. Few examples of existing and planned medical facilities will be detailed.

报告人简介：
Alessandra Lombardi is an accelerator beam physicist specialized in Hadron Linac layout and beam dynamics. Since 2002 she is involved in LINAC4 and since January 2017 she has taken the responsibilities of project leader.  She is part-time involved in medical linac design studies and co-responsible of PIMS2 (Proton and Ions Medical Studies) at CERN.
