报告题目：Particulate matter (PM) passive sampling with single particle analysis as an economical and effective approach for possible ecosystems impact assessments
Head of the Particle Laboratory, German Meteorological Service in Freiburg, Air Quality Department.
He works mainly on passive sampler techniques and single-particle analysis for coarse particulate matter. Research projects are carried out in Greenland, South America, Asia, Antarctica and Africa.
His main research topic have been in automated optical microscopy, in combination with computerized image processing and analysis systems.
