摘要:One of the cutting-edge multidisciplinary research themes in Biomedical Engineering is to design and manufacture advanced Lab on Chip System for life science, ranging from in vitro cell analysis toward clinical medicine. Nanotechnologies has boosted the innovation and commercialization of nano-chip and nanodevices for single cell analysis and manipulation. Research in our lab and the newly established Institute of Nanotechnology for Single Cell Analysis (INSCA), at Beihang, are attempting to design and develop novel nano-biotechnologies for gene transfection, intracellular interrogation, biosensing and cellular manipulation in vitro and in vivo. In this talk, a novel nano-transfection technique, named nano-electroporation (NEP), will be introduced in detail. The technique allows for high-throughput, and precisely delivery of gene / drugs into living cells at single-cell resolution. We adopted cleanroom micro-/nano-fabrication to implement both silicon-based NEP chip and polymeric NEP. The in vitro applications of the NEP platform have been used for intracellular cancer biomarker heterogeneity in leukemic cells, cardiomyocytes, T lymphocytes and glioma stem cells. Our recent efforts have achieved in vivo cell reprogramming for on-body gene therapy and wound healing. The ongoing research of soft and wireless-controlled nano-transfection device with the aims to patient-specific gene therapy and regenerative medicine are discussed. 报告人简介: 常凌乾博士,北京航空航天大学生物与医学工程学院教授,博导,研究方向主要包括生物纳米技术,生物芯片,生物传感器和生物纳米材料。2016年博士毕业于美国俄亥俄州立大学生物医学工程系。曾于2017年9月至2018年12月在美国北德克萨斯大学(University of North Texas)生物医学工程系担任助理教授(Tenure Track)。入选2017年中组部‘千人计划’青年项目。 现任北航单细胞分析纳米技术研究所负责人,中国生物医学工程学会纳米医药分会青年委员,SCI期刊Biomedical Engineering Online副主编(Associate Editor)和Computers in Biology and Medicine编委(Editorial Board), Springer Nature《Electroporation Protocol》第三版主编。兼任ACS Nano, Small, Lab Chip,Biofabrication等30多个国际学术刊物的审稿人。 已在国际期刊发表SCI论文50篇,包括Nature Nanotechnology, Nano Letters, Small,Trends in Biotechnology, Lab Chip, ACS AMI等。已申请和授权美国专利3项,中国专利5项。主编英文专著1部(Springer出版),书章节3章。获得了诸多科研奖励和荣誉,如俄亥俄州立大学2015年博士最高奖Presidential Fellowship,北德克萨斯大学RSG Awards, MINE 2018‘杰出青年科学家’提名奖等。学术会议主题报告和邀请报告5次。
