政府-市场-公民社会的关系和互动对中国社会的和谐极其重要。 “非政府组织概论”的课堂请来长期在NGO工作的两位海外专家，分享两个截然不同的国家的经验。Ms. Ruth Schimanowski在以德国为总部的一天主教背景的救助振灾组织长期担当前线工作，她会介绍该组织在环保、保护弱小小区等工作的发展理念及其在中国的项目。另外，Mr. Hollaender将会介绍在经济转型期的印度尼西亚，非政府组织促进社会发展的角色。讲座以英语进行。 “非政府组织概论”为公共管理学院的课，导师为贾西津副教授和Berthold Kuhn访问教授。

Content:
Relations between Government-market-civil society is important for the development of harmonious society in China. “NGO Introductory Class” has invited 2 experts in NGO field from overseas to share the challenges in NGO development. Ms. Ruth Schimanowski, representative from Misereor, a Germany-based Catholic relief organization, will introduce the missions and works of Misereor in environmental protection, community participation as well as their projects in China. Mr. Hollaender will expand our horizon about NGO capacity building in Indonesia, a country under economic transition. The lecture will be conducted in English. “NGO Concepts and Introduction” is a course taught by Dr. Jia Xijin and visiting Professor Berthold Kuhn of the School of Public Policy and Management.
