Summary of Research Interests
Overall aim is the development of switchable functional, nanostructured, self-organizing materials through the facile synthesis process of ISA.  Current research activities focus on:
·        Exploitation of biomotifs for the construction of complex and hierarchical functional nanomaterials
·        Design and synthesis of perylene-based noncovalent chiral mesophases
·        Investigations into the design, synthesis and applications of electroactive oligoaniline-based materials
