   芬兰国家技术创新局（Tekes）直属于芬兰劳动和经济部，是研究和技术开发的主要国立机构，主要为工业项目和研究机构的项目提供资助，尤其鼓励具有创新性和高风险性的项目，在芬兰创新型国家建设和经济转型的过程中起到至关重要的作用，其成功经验为世界所瞩目。2002年以来，芬兰国家技术创新局与中国建立了多项合作项目和研究，主要集中在信息通讯、生物技术、卫生保健、能源、环境保护、建筑技术、物流、森林工业、纳米技术、工业管理等领域。

 

主讲人简介：

Mr. Juho Rissanen, Chief Representative (Beijing) for Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, Counselor (Science and Technology), Embassy of Finland, Beijing. Mr. Rissanen's task is to enhance cooperation between Finnish companies and research organizations with their Chinese counterparts in various technology sectors. Mr. Rissanen’s background is in international business, innovation and technology transfer studies. He is fluent in Chinese and also speaks four other Asian languages.

 

Dr. Markku Lämsä works in Materials and Processes Technology Unit in Tekes HQ, Helsinki. He is responsible for the FinNano nanotechnology programme and Functional materials programme. He is a member of several national and international nanotechnology networks, e.g. European MNT (micro- and nanotechnology) ERA-NET and OECD Working Party on Nanotechnology. Lämsä received his Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Physical Organic Chemistry, in 1997 from the University of Oulu, Finland.
