内容简介：
主讲人将以政府资助的研发活动为主题，围绕促进产学研的联系方面，讲述日本技术转移体系的演变历程。这次讨论中，会回顾日本产业与大学之间合作系统的变化及相应的专利许可体系的发展，并且探讨日本模式的优缺点，以及东京大学在促进产学研联系方面的作用。此外，还将讨论日本关于促进高校研发活动及产业转化方面的政策问题。
The “transfer of university technology” is not only a one-way transfer process of technological outputs matching a scientific discovery with a market need, but also the building of teams of university and business people working towards the common goal of technological knowledge creation. Speaker will talk about the publicly funded research, introduce current Japanese technology transfer system around the promotion of production and research links, and the evolution of Japanese technology transfer system in history . This discussion will review the cooperation between Japanese industry and university systems and the corresponding changes in the development of patent licensing system, and the advantages and disadvantages of the Japanese model, and the role of the University of Tokyo in technology transfer system. In addition, the policy issues of the promotion of university R & D activities and industrial transformation in Japan will also be discussed.
主讲人简介：
Toshiya Watanabe graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology with PhD degree in 1994. He has experienced R&D and Executive Manager for TOTO LTD from 1985 to 2001. He has been invited to be a professor of The University of Tokyo from 2001. He is currently a professor of Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology of The University of Tokyo. He is also a professor of Department of Technology Management for Innovation, the graduate school of engineering, University of Tokyo.
