中国保险监督管理委员会副主席

辽宁财经学院经济学学士。1982年到1998年曾任职于中国再保险(香港)有限公司、香港中国保险(集团)有限公司、中国人民保险(集团)公司等，历任副总经理、国际部总经理等职；1998年11月到2003年9月，担任中国保监会财产保险监管部主要负责人、上海保监办主任；2003年9月起担任中国保监会主席助理兼人事教育部主任；2005年8月任中国保监会副主席兼人事教育部主任；2008年一月起任中国保监会副主席。目前还担任2010年上海世界博览会组织委员会委员。

 

Vice Chairman, China Insurance Regulatory Commission

Mr. Zhou Yanli has been Vice Chairman of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) since 2005. His experience as an insurance regulator started from 1998 when the CIRC was established. Other positions he held within the CIRC include Head of the CIRC Non-Life Insurance Regulatory Department, Director General of the CIRC Shanghai Office and Assistant Chairman of the CIRC. Prior to his service in the CIRC, he had worked in the insurance industry for nearly 20 years. He was President of the International Department in the People’s Insurance (Group) Company of China. He spent a number of years in Hong Kong, working for the China Insurance (Group) Company Ltd. HK, and the China Reinsurance (HK) Company Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in Liaoning College of Finance and Economics.
