Research interests
To design and implement pharmacokinetic (PK)and drug metabolism (DM) studies of potential new chemical entities to support the selection of drug leads.
To develop bioanalytical assay procedures for profiling the parent compound and metabolites, isolating metabolites from biological matrices for identification.
To utilize LC-MS/MS, MALDI-Q/MS for the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses of low levels of drug candidates in biological fluids as well as MS imaging in tissues.
