蔡昉简历 中国经济50人论坛成员。 1956年9月生于北京,先后毕业于中国人民大学、中国社会科学院研究生院。经济学博士。曾在国外多所大学担任访问学者。现任中国社会科学院人口与劳动经济研究所所长、人力资源研究中心主任,博士生导师。中共十七大代表;第十一届全国人大代表、全国人大常委会委员、农业与农村委员会委员。 20世纪90年代以来分别获得“做出突出贡献的中国博士学位获得者”、国家级“有突出贡献的中青年专家”、出国留学人员杰出成就奖等表彰。兼任中国人口学会副会长、全球变化人文因素国际项目中国委员会副主席、中华全国青年社会科学工作者联谊会副会长、农业部软科学委员会委员、国家人口和计划生育委员会专家工作委员会委员、国家“十一五”规划专家委员会委员、《中国社会科学》、《经济研究》等刊物编委。 主要研究领域包括:农村经济理论与政策、劳动经济学、人口经济学、中国经济改革、经济增长、收入分配和贫困等领域。著有《中国的二元经济与劳动力转移—理论分析与政策建议》、《十字路口的抉择—深化农业经济体制改革的思考》、《穷人的经济学》、《中国流动人口问题》和《科学发展观与增长可持续性》等,合著《中国的奇迹: 发展战略与经济改革》、《中国经济》、《劳动力流动的政治经济学》、《中国劳动力市场的发育与转型》等,主编《中国人口与劳动问题报告》系列专著等。获第二届张培刚发展经济学优秀成果奖;第四届中国发展百人奖。
Mr. Cai Fang
Mr. Cai Fang was born in 1956 in Beijing. He is a member of Chinese Economists 50 Forum.
Mr. Cai attended China Renmin University, Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and received his PhD degree in Economics from CASS. He was a visiting scholar to many foreign universities. Currently he is the Director of Institute of Population and Labor Economics (IPLE), Director of Human Resources Research Center, CASS. He is the Delegate of the 17th National Congress of CPC. He is the Representative of the 11th National People’s Congress (NPC) of China, Member of the Standing Committee and Member and of the Committee of Agriculture and Rural Areas of the 11th NPC.
Mr. Cai was awarded several national level awards since 1990s, such as the 2d Zhang Peigang Development Economics Award, the 4th China Development 100 Persons’ Award. He serves as Vice President of China Population Association, Vice Chairman of China Committee of International Human Dimensions Programme on Global Environmental Change (IHDP), Member of Soft Science Committee of Ministry of Agriculture, Member of Advisory Board of National Population and Family Planning Commission of China, Member of Advisory Committee of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan of China. He serves as member of editorial boards for academic journals such as Social Sciences in China, Economic Studies.
Mr. Cai’s researches focus on theories and policies of agricultural economics, labor economics, population economics, China’s economic reform, economic growth, distribution of income and poverty issues, etc.
