根据清华大学与新加坡国立大学科研合作协议约定，为鼓励两校教师联合科研创新，两校于2026年启动“清华大学-新加坡国立大学联合科研基金”项目征集。具体要求如下。
In 2024 Tsinghua University (TSINGHUA) and National University of Singapore (NUS) established the Tsinghua-NUS Joint Research Initiative Fund, reflecting the commitment of both universities to work together on topics of common concern. The 2026 call are now opening for proposals.
项目征集领域 Scope of the call:
· 可持续发展 Sustainability
· 生物医学健康 Healthy longevity
· 先进制造 Advanced manufacturing
项目经费来源：自主科研国际合作专项（清华大学）
Source of fund: funds for the International Cooperation Special Project of Initiative Scientific Research Program (Tsinghua).
项目经费额度与周期：本期计划资助不超过10个合作科研项目，清华支持每个项目不超过20万元人民币，新加坡国立大学支持每个项目不超过4万元新币。项目周期2年。
Grant sizes: in this call we intend to fund up to 10 projects and project costs should not exceed SGD40,000 for the NUS partners and RMB200,000 for the Tsinghua partners for a project duration of not more than 2 years.
项目经费使用要求：主要用于支持项目合作双方的学术交流互访、科研活动组织、学术成果发表，及参加两校年度科研合作项目研讨会等，不可用于发放工资及奖学金。
Supported activities: the initiative will support academic exchanges and visits between research groups, joint meetings and workshops, and funding for joint publications and patent applications, etc. It cannot be used for paying wages or scholarships.
申请人要求：清华大学项目负责人与新加坡国立大学项目负责人应同时进行本项目申请。清华申请人应为清华大学正式在职教师，优先支持我校40岁以下优秀青年教师项目，优秀支持申请双方有一定交流合作基础的项目。
Applicant requirements: applicants from both institutions should jointly apply for this fund. The Tsinghua applicant shall be the full-time faculty members in Tsinghua University. Priority shall be given to selecting outstanding young faculty members under the age of 40. Priority shall also be given to projects with a certain basis for cooperation.
预期成果 Expected Outcomes：
· 项目执行期间，双方科研人员互访至少两次，并参加两校项目汇报会；
Researchers from one institution should visit the other at least twice during the project execution period and participate in the project report meeting organized by both institutions;
· 除上述要求外，同时实现以下成果中的至少两项：
At least two of the following outcomes need to be achieved at the meantime:
a. 基于合作项目内容联合发表国际学术期刊（如SCI或EI期刊）文章两篇（双方项目负责人或项目核心人员为文章第一、第二或通信作者）,或申请一项联合国际专利(清华大学和新加坡国立大学为专利联合申请人)；或
At least two articles (SCI, EI, etc.) shall be jointly published based on the content of the cooperative project (the PI or project core member shall be the first, second, or corresponding author of the article); Or one international patents (Tsinghua and NUS are joint patent applicants) shall be jointly applied for; or
b. 一方科研人员或学生到对方学校进行科研工作累计3个月以上；或
Researchers/students from one institution shall carry out research in the other institution for more than 3 months in total; or
c. 一方科研人员到对方学校进行专业授课4次以上；或
Researchers from one institution shall give at least 4 specialized lectures in the other institution; or
d. 合作举办一场高水平国际会议；或
Jointly hold a high-level international conference; or
e. 双方联合申请新加坡政府CREATE项目；或
Jointly apply for the CREATE project by Singapore government; or
f. 合作研究内容从第三方获得后续科研合作资助；或
Obtain the follow-up funding for the cooperative research from the third party; or
g. 其他具备同等价值的研究成果。
Other outcomes of equal value.
申请截止日期：2026年9月25日（周五）下午5点（北京/新加坡当地时间，以收到电子版申请材料为准，过时不予受理）
Submission deadline: Friday, September 25, 2026, 5pm local time
申请提交要求：双方项目负责人应合作准备相关申请材料，向各自学校按规定截止日期提交申请。清华申请人请填写“2026清华大学-新加坡国立大学合作科研项目申请表”,并提交中文版pdf格式申请表。
清华大学申请提交至（中文申请表）：info科研系统——服务大厅——自主科研项目申报——立即办理——进入“2026清华大学-新加坡国立大学联合科研基金项目征集”填写基本信息并上传申请表。
Application requirements: each research proposal must be jointly prepared by PIs from both institutions and each PI must submit an application in the correct file format, on the provided application form to his/her own institution by the deadline.
