Dr. Ha-Duong Ngo studied in Kiev and Chemnitz. He recieved German diploma degree from Chemnitz Technical University in 1998 and PhD degree from Technical University Berlin in 2006. He joined MAT in 1998, where he worked on MOEMS and AeroMEMS fields until 2004. He joined R&D department at Schott AG where he worked on Wafer Level Packaging Technologies for MEMS and CMOS image sensors. He joined the Electrical Engineering Faculty and Research Center of Microperipheric Technologies at TU Berlin in 2006. He is in charge of MEMS sensors and actuators development at Technical University Berlin and Fraunhofer IZM.
