报告人简介：

黄英强教授，1986年获得美国坦普尔大学（Temple University）高能(粒子)物理博士学位，1992 取得美国放射医学院医学物理师专科证照，2002年取得纽约州放射治疗、放射诊断、核医学及辐射防护医学物理师证照。昆山杜克医学物理硕士项目驻校主任及教授。前美国斯隆-凯特林纪念癌症中心长岛院区医学物理主任及辐射防护主任。在国际国内大力推动医学物理学专业人才培养。
