报告摘要:
In this talk, we will present the latest progress from University of California, Los Angeles on organic and organic-inorganic hybrid optoelectronics, particularly on thin film solar cell technology. A diverse team of scientists has been improving/leading the efficiency of new thin film solar cell materials that are revolutionizing solar cell technology, including organic polymer solar cell, perovskite solar cell, tandem solar cells and transparent solar cells. Most of the technologies can be processed by a full solution process, where the adsorbent, the electrode, etc., are from liquids that can be sprayed or painted to make solar cell on wide range of surfaces, eg. the roof of  electric car, building’s walls, windows or roof. In addition, these new solar technologies are all fabricated at low temperature and low cost, which could be integrated into an established manufacturing processes (such as Si solar panel) to provide superior performance, which is particularly promising for the future photovoltaic market.
 
主讲人简介:
Gang Li博士本科毕业于武汉大学空间物理学专业,并于爱荷华州立大学获得电子学硕士和凝聚态物理学博士学位。之后,Li博士在加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)从事与高分子太阳能电池和高分子LED有关的博士后研究工作,并在之后进入Solarmer Energy 责任有限公司,成立并领导其中的OPV研发团队。2011年 ,Li博士成为UCLA材料科学与工程系研究员,他的研究兴趣目前主要集中在有机、混合半导体材料在能源领域的应用,尤其是高分子太阳能电池和混合钙钛矿太阳能电池两个方向。Li博士在包括Nature Materials, Nature Photonic, Advanced Materials, JACS, Physical Rev. B., Nature Communications等高水平期刊发表论文超过70篇,被引用约17000次,H-index为44.
