报告摘要:
Organometal halide perovskite solar cells have recently emerged as one of the most promising candidates for the thin film photovoltaics. Compared with the huge improvement on the conversion efficiency, study on the stability of this kind of solar cells is not enough. Here we carefully studied the chemical stability of perovskite under 1) UV 2)expose to O2 and H2O 3) expose to solvent or additives in HTL 4)under high temperature. We further did the surface modification before or after perovskite layer. Results showed that the stability of the solar cell improved with the surface modification.
